sky: they're not quite that big. OrbitForm does about 3x - 4x the revenue that KSI did. The interesting thing to see will be the share structure. "AmeriChip will acquire 100% of Orbitform and Orbitform will have a retained equity position* in AmeriChip of 50%.* How much of that equity position is common and how much is preferred? Current O/S is ~600M, A/S is 1B, will new shares need to be created - possibly another R/S?. What's going on with that "shareholder" lawsuit Gaskins mentioned a few months ago to recover shares? Lots of questions that need to be answered.
