news.yahoo.com That's not the kind of cartoon usually associated with market TOPS. -g- Just checked out the RUT/OEX ratio, and it looks to have put in a major low on Tuesday. That's an indication I've been waiting on to signal a potential cyclical low. Anudder nail in da coffin of the Big Bad Bear of 2008.
