We actually have a choice in my community now.

Comcast or Verizon FIOS.

I called Comcast last week and asked them how to lower my bill or I was going to switch.

Starting Nov 5th I'll be getting DVR installed, retain my current service and it will cost me $5 less per month for a yr.

When that yr is up, I'll look at the two and go with the least expensive.

Check both Netflix and Blockbuster out and compare their prices.

When my computer crashes or my service is out, I go to the library and do my surfing, but it sure is more convenient to do it from here.

Try telling Comcast you're dumping them and see what they say.
