Hi Bill,

The short interest is principally a reflection of the outstanding convertible debentures, approximately $ 15 million of which will be called some time within the next two months.

The short position is the hedged offset of the outstanding debentures. Although there may be a few shares short apart from that purpose, the count has to be minimal, and you will see it washed out by the January reporting period.

Have a good evening.
