Clearly, the longterm PML/Tysabri association is not yet known so we're talking about the ’acceptable’ PML risk for the FDA and docs.

Since docs will not likely prescribe Tysabri as front line treatment, it won't be easy to understand the level of PML incidence in treatment naive.
