Re: It's NOT THAT EASY. If they don't pay bonuses, people will set up shop on their own, it's that simple. Or they simply pack up their bags and move to Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai... Great! Let those incompetent @ssholes move to "Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai" and flush $Trillions of their investor savings down the toilet. Anyone making more than about a half million a year is going to be spending more and more time worrying about managing his personal estate, car collection, and girl/boy friends than doing his job. Especially when those embezzled "performance bonuses" come out of the savings of others to which a fiduciary duty is owed.
