I got tired of their inability to provide any kind of service and have just comleted the application for FarSight. I was on FarSight's web page and it actualy works and it does not take me half an hour to load, and it logs in just as it supposed to. I have been with Etrade since 94 and at last got fed up with them. By E*Sucks.
