Because maybe Lithium Batteries cost significantly more than regular batteries?

Gee Wiz, the way you guys throw money around as if it's no big deal, you'd wonder why the average Joe wouldn't just pick up the latest Sony PictureMaster 5000 with 100 MB RAM and a no.hand for every member of the family. But it just don't work that way.

First of all, digital cameras suck. I've said it over and over and over again, but still there are people posting here that seem to think taking green fuzzy pictures of a newborn baby in the maternity ward will suffice in capturing the moment to last a lifetime. Somehow, I don't think so.

Film is MUCH better quality, much better color, much better EVERYTHING. The only reason to use digital cameras is to put lousy quality, small-file-size pictures on your web page easily.

Besides, wouldn't there be a file compatibility issue if you tried to theoretically insert a no.hand disc from a digital camera into a Win95 machine-- And then to a PowerMac? I know from experience that the Casio digital cameras I've used came with a cable and software you had to install for either Win95 or Mac. The no.hand discs would have to be formatted in the camera to run, correct? If you try to make the Win95 format standard in the camera, then you alienate the large graphics base of PowerMac. Or vice-versa. Please correct me if I'm wrong. (Which I'm sure you will.)
