Roe VS Wade only said that abortion should be done for the health of the mother. It said that could include mental health. Today subsequent rulings have said that is pretty much any remorse, a loophole you can drive a truck through. The fact is the law in every or almost every state states that abortion is only for the health of the mother. Only illegal laws made up in courtrooms presently prevent their enforcement.
