re ACII .007 - I haven't been following this dog other than the price, but I see the PR says that LACC is still with the company, although diluted in exchange for new acquisition/merger with this new apparently profitable entity and also extinguishment of a couple of million dollars in debt. Was there a question of whether or not they were going to continue with LACC? When I saw the first PR, it was a question in my mind at least. That's enough to wet my apetite and do a little more research. What do you think?
