Numonyx announced 65nm flash in july already. edageek.com "...Numonyx is extending its M29 family and is now sampling to key customers — with high-volume production beginning in the first half of 2009..." Now from your link: "...Samples of the 256-Mbit product are available now with volume production beginning next quarter. Numonyx plans to bring higher densities of the product to market throughout 2009..." Thats 3,5 months between sampling to key customers and available now. Regards Woerns
