What exactly does Transact management mean by "reduced demand for POS printers in the Fourth Quarter"??

I don't see a retail down-turn in the next few months so what is this reduced demand all about. What is the real reason for the short-fall?

This stock is either very attractive after falling 16% or has a lot further to fall. It all depends on the reason for "reduced demand".
