It will all depend if they keep the current fundraising model or bend it to let someone less charismatic and organized than Obama to do the same thing. Absent the latter, I expect the rules to be the same next election. Incumbents tend to stick with what worked for them the last time.

We should have a redistricting in a couple of years too; I hope they resist the urge to gerrymander the hell out of that but I don't have that much faith in Congress.
