why does Roberts need another vote? The court is biased conservative. pro life: Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, Alito Pro choice: Ginsberg, Souter, Stevens The swing vote is Kennedy. He was appointed by Reagan, so a conservative. The court is going to get a bunch of liberal justices coming up. It is weighted conservative now. Now is the time, its now or never, why not bring up Roe V Wade? Because they'd lose, on legal grounds, easily - thats why. And they know it, unlike their silly constituency.
