Maurice, I'm interested in knowing your perspective about the lawsuit.
Why do you really think some of the PTEC managers jumped ship and
started SYSF? Low pay?(as Mark B. suggests).

When SYSF went public, did you jump all over the stock to buy as
much as you could? Do you own some now? Maybe you're thinking
why don't I dump some PTEC and buy some SYSF? That's where
the real rocket ride is. Do you like SYSF management better than
PTEC's? Can they be trusted?

I projected PTEC at $25 by September a few months ago. And the
news keeps getting better and better. But if SYSF is a mystery to
me at $64 a share (pre-split), you can bet that a superior company
like PTEC is even a greater mystery at $17 a share. I think the
key to PTEC is getting the word out that it exists. I've talked to
management and they seem convinced that they'll concentrate
on the business and the stock price will eventually catch up.
That seems just the opposite of SYSF that must be thinking that
they'll concentrate on the stock price and hope the business
catches up someday (or at least sell a lot of stock before the price
drops).

If you sell your PTEC today, at least you know for sure what you've
made. If you want to move on, maybe you can pile onto SYSF
with everyone else. There are a lot of friendly brokers out there that
would love to sell you a bunch of SYSF.
