The worst part of that Fab Four--Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Roberts--is that each of 'em favor the concept of the "unitary executive," as pushed by Cheney (think about those presidential signing statements, for example).

This means the presidents power is more powerful than the Congress and the Courts. And where'd Cheney get this idea of the "unitary executive" from? A guy who advised Hitler on how to take greater power--I think his name was Schmidt.

Were McCain elected and he appointed a judge of similar ilk, the United States of America, as we've known and pretty much know today, would become completely different--indeed, a dangerous nation on earth!
