That isn't true, if it was it wouldn't be very meaningful because its just a short run period, but it is a false statement, so we don't even have to worry about how meaningful it is.

And corporations....how many corps pay taxes?

Most corporations are either structured to pass along profits and tax liability to their owners (who pay taxes), or are non-profit corporations, or a for profit corporations who aren't making profits, or pay taxes.
