No I don't.

He has consistently said the same two things, over and over and over:
1) Anyone making less than $250K will not get a tax increase, and
2) Anyone making less than $200K will get a tax decrease

Now I know you guys are analytically challenged, but from the above a normal person would deduce that anyone making between $200K and $250K will pay the same as now.
