Hi Kent,

Actually this offering will raise outstanding shares by 11%, so maybe we should reduce EPS expectations for the year by that amount to be on the safe side of valuations, even though the year-end shares number will most likely be some type of weighted average. I still like the stock if the street doesn't overreact. As I said before, this is not highly dilutive. However, I have been slammed in the past when secondaries have been offered.
