I don't know whether they are in debt or not. He gave me the annual report which I gave to someone else later in the day. I looked at the pictures is all. He asked if I was a shareholder and in front of the whole BoD I said I want nothing to do with it or any of the junior resource companies.

I went there on other business, silver business.
