Bloomberg News, sent from my iPhone. Gulf Citizens Beg for Bailout as Stock Rout Signals End of Boom I think the whole Gulf including Dubai is going to have some bad times going forward...even after the recession ends. I think we are about to see the US and the West loosen the grip of oil.
