you are wasting time debating points that are not the issue. The issue with abortion is the fact that the fetus is infringing on the womans rights in order for it live. This is the way the pro choice crowd will defend Roe V Wade should it come up to the courts. Life threatening illness for year old child- parent refuses to donate a kidney- child dies.... is the parent liable? NO. We do not voilate one persons rights for another. Mother and fetus. Fetus needs mother to live. Mother refuses, same as above. You need to find a case or something in the legal system that defends one person voilating the rights of another that has held up in court. You are doing what all prolifers do, bring up a bunch of peripheral BS, the key issue is what I stated above, defend THAT because that is how it will be framed in court by the pro choice justices.
