Loren and All: Looks like B. Terry and Co. have resurfaced with the issuance of a 10-KSB for ITG. Nothing special about ISSM that I can find so far. Note the temporary demise of their Sierra Leone adventure. It looks like now they will have to do business with another set of crooks(the rebels). -g- Also, if anyone can figure out this deal with VisCorp please go to the head of the class.-g- sec.gov BTW -- These guys were only 7 months and 3 weeks late with this report. But then again, ITG stock isn't exactly publicly traded so maybe they don't have the 90 day limit to file their 10-KSB. Craig
