>>First of all, digital cameras suck.<<

I would NEVER wish to argue with a fellow Iomega devotee but would like to stick my two cents in regarding the much maligned digital camera . . .

I own one and am very satisfied with the picture quality. I'm not sure what all the fuss is about regarding quality -- I find the pictures come out very nicely and can be manipulated on screen with accompanying software. But, that's not really as important as the following ....

A large contingent of real estate brokers use digital cameras to photograph their listings. This has become a very large market for the digital camera manufacturers.

Wouldn't you think that having a much larger capacity and interactive capabilities with zip drives would be a great boon to a market such as this? Imagine if a broker could carry around a zip with hundreds of their own listings with them as they drive a client around and be able to show them the next potential sale at any time. Wouldn't this be a great benefit to them (and others like them)?

Another reason to be bullish on Iomega . . .

P.S. For just one day, could the naysayers keep their negative thoughts to themselves and just post them on the Syquest thread (to give those lonely few some ray of hope in lieu of profits?????)
