Great stuff DH, Post BUSTED PJ... Looks like OrbitForm will benefit the same way that IHI did from that merger-- "The merger of the two Houston companies in similar businesses would give Industrial Holdings a way to increase its capital and T-3 a way to go public." Keep in mind that OrbitForm has been a successful privately held company 'till now and wouldn't put up with any stock scam antics. If they have agreed to this merger they obviously know more than we do. On 9/15 there had not been a posting on here for 10 days when I made the echo reference. On 10/21 I was lamenting that I had under $200.00 left out of 9k and should I get out. phoenixrising1 answered that he had less than that and couldn't go either. There was some talk about a new Ticker Symbol a couple of days later and then on Monday the 27th the volume shot up and there was some upward pressure on the PPS. On the 28th BarclayDonaldson posted the 8k wherein some changes to the BoD and CEO were announced but that couldn't have been it 'cause that 8k was already over a week old and really wasn't strong news. Then on Wednesday 10/29 BarclayDonaldson posted the new 8k announcing the merger and Kotsonis' re-entry into KSI and the 2.6mil debt dissolved. The 8k was released sometime on the 28th and the on 29th the volume was over 22.5 million shares and the PPS more than doubled during the day before it settled back a little at the close. My point here is that this info had to be on the street Monday morning and started the movement. No other news/PR from Americhip has had any impact on the PPS except downward since mid '06. This must be the real deal and it seems that those in the know are all over it. Gary
