After thinking it over I don't think it will be a negative
I just saw Mike Milken, education and new software company in the same news release and said hey this is what SEVL was when it was founded is it a threat to them? - the key is that this is not what SEVL is today - One of Milken's pet project has always been education software and it didn't work with SEVL so now he is trying it with his new company. time will tell
