Oh, that one! Yes, I know, just didn't know the OVTI TM. Nothing new, has been tried before but then not technically feasible. Maybe better luck this time since TSMC is also investing a lot of resources here. An obvious way of improving the CMOS sensor - at least in theory. Taro
