If I were him, I'd guess the conspiracy theorists that were left weren't worth bothering with. His campaign released the certificate, and the state of Hawaii has even verified it. For all sane people, that's enough. For the people still left howling in the wilderness nothing will be enough- it's not like they will ever be Obama supporters, so why waste time on them?
