The observable universe has about a google atoms per dollar of the national debt. A google is 10 to the power 100, or 10^100.

Ummm...not quite. Try this link (or find your own):

Bottom line, something like 10^80 atoms in the universe. Considerably less than a googol = 10^100 (not a "google" which is either a search engine or a noise made by an infant), like by a factor of a quintillion or so.
