Nice report Lawrence. Yes, Michael Brown is really likeable guy. I had a chance to talk with him for about an hour after the anual meeting. He started with asking if he knew me and we went on from their like friends. So, you don't worry about this note of a 35 million right down? The thing that interests me about EMC is they are supposedly a Seagate vendor and they aren't seeing any slow down. So, are they just reaping lots of profits off Seagate's screw up, or are they buying a lot of drives from some one else, ie QNTM? QNTM is definitely the shining star of the group at the moment. How was the feel for next quarter? If they take the charge, what will this do? Any thoughts about when Heads will break even? They were saying mid 98 before. What do you think about component suppliers? I like Innovex who supplies an interconnect wire solution for the heads. They should do well as long as new units keep coming out the door. What feeling did you get about inventory and channel inventory? From all that I can see, everybody is selling more units. Hutchinson is a similar play. Regards, Mark
