The homeowners lose everything including their credit rating which makes it difficult even to rent.

More difficult but not impossible. I know renters with poor credit ratings, in a couple of cases very poor.

And if they are so desperate that they truly will be homeless (which would be a very rare circumstance for anyone who would qualify for a home loan even with the ridiculously low standards during the bubble), and if you think that such people should receive assistance, then you can provide government rental assistance for the most desperate, rather than handing them houses that they never should have had in the first place and can't pay for now.

Try that again, this time in English.

That was in English, and not even in obscure English.

If you don't understand the concept of moral hazard, perhaps you should educate yourself before trying to debate the consequences of bailing out people who can't afford to pay mortgages.

Iraq is indeed a subsidy to oil companies American and others.
