JFP--More bad news for cusa ne zegg owners. This was a classic pump and dump, but not as bad as kran. I wonder who is feeding this garbage to Bowser??? And he ignores stocks such as mace, brli, etc. Companies that sell well below book, and actually have growth.

-Oct. 21, 1997--Zegarelli Group International Inc.
(NASDAQ:ZEGG) today announced the appointment of Eric J. Nickerson, 46, as its new Chief
Executive Officer and Chairman replacing Alfred E. Booth Jr., who resigned.

In addition to Mr. Booth, Judith E. Zegarelli also resigned as Vice President-New Product
Development and Infomercial Sales. Both Mr. Booth and Ms. Zegarelli remain directors of the
Company and they will continue to support the Company in the near future as consultants.

Mr. Nickerson has been a director of Zegarelli since July 1996 and is the manager of two
investment partnerships that own approximately 12% of Zegarelli common stock.

Mr. Nickerson stated that he intends to substantially reduce expenses and to focus on marketing
programs that are profitable. With these and other actions, Mr. Nickerson hopes to regain
shareholder confidence that has eroded due to continuing losses.

Zegarelli markets and distributes professional hair care products under the Zegarelli trade name.
