no, you are missing your own point.

You said the PARENT of the fetus is not eligible for human rights because she chose to conceive of the fetus. The rights in question are whether the fetus can infringe on the PARENTS right of providing her body to sustain the fetus. You say apparently so, but the problem is your argument falls apart because no adult child can infringe on its parents by demanding transplantable body parts, today.

The issue is not murder or killing somebody. That is something you are trying to interject into the debate but it is not relevant. The relevance is who in our society has a legal right to infringe on another person's rights to their body parts. The answer is nobody

backward, screwy and illogical thinking here, this has nothing to do with the issue. We do not have SELECTIVE human rights in this country based on one situation or another. We have a system that does not impose ones rights on another. PERIOD.

But if you create the situation where someone is depending on taking from you in order to live, if there would be no dependency except for your actions, than you can't reasonably say the other person can't take from you.

This argument is like in the courthouse where somebody brings up all this irrelevant crap to distort the issue. The issue is one persons rights vs another and that is IT. Nothing more.
