"When unemployment jumps and the recession hasn't ended within four years from now, we'll see just how "popular" Obama is by then." It didn't seem to bother FDR. Maybe it was the Hoovervilles? Obama can set up some FEMA "Bushtowns" to remind people of who's fault it is.
