I think you're right, but I don't think the cell phone thing is as big a factor as the African American thing. I heard there were 600,000 NEW African American voter registrants in Florida alone. I'm not sure if that's true, but if it's only half true it would be a tremendous surge for the Democrats in Florida. Where it will really be interesting is in states like Georgia where blacks make up 1/3 of the electorate but have never voted with a lot of enthusiasm. I doubt that the pollsters have really gotten in touch with this relatively "new" voter block.
