Sarah Palin was punked and gullible as the hick she is. I have no respect for the Montreal DJs who punked Sarah, making her believe she was talking to the French President. But they have punked 100s of people and only Palin and Britney Spears have been so dumb that they never caught on. First and foremost, she picked her staff and they failed big time. They are supposed to protect the intellectually challenged candidate from difficult questions and smart alecks who are smarter than she is. Or did they really succeed? This almost looked like it was an inside hit job. She had met with the guy recently. If she doubted his identity, why not ask what they had with their coffee? She didn't have a hint when they said they loved "Nailin' Palin?" Or when they said they liked hunting: "I like taking the life from animals." If she weren't running for Veep, I would feel sorry for her. The DJs' act was despicable, but they showed us what a dupe she really is. Something the more discerning of us already knew. One thing is true, Sarah has livened up what had been a dull campaign.
