Mattie, the reasons for Soros buying into UroMed have more to do with his peoples' relationship with PaineWebber than they have to do with URMD! If you want to evidence this, go to the filings on URMD stock sales and you'll realize that Soros was NOT paying $14/share for his stock ... you'll also see he's only long his 'profits' in URMD now and no longer has any genuine risk capital at stake.

Also, don't forget that Soros himself is likely not the one that made the investment decision on something as teeny as URMD; I'm sure he has greater issues within his portfolio to deal with.

As far as UroMed having the best products in the feild - Well, you're entitled to your opinion! Bottom line is that $40 million in sales is nowhere near the $150,000 they actually brought in and that consumer would much rather buy a product labeled, "Bristol Meyers" than UroMed.

As far as Wall Street 'looking forward' is concerned, I think you're being optomistic. How many times will Wall Street put up with disappointments like the Reliance sales (or lack thereof) and an unjustifiable $30 million acquisition of a non-revenue producing 'asset'? Please don't kid yourself into thinking that "Wall Street" is some obscure, abstract thinking idiot with lots of ca$h to throw away. The reason Wall Street HAS ca$h in the first place, is because it invests in RESULTS; not hypotheticals.

Good luck to you.
