I figure once i hit the 199 i will start with free weights , light ones to firm up arms, body. I already see major progress in legs. i can now get down on floor and back up several times. Whereas, before it was a major project to get and up once. Tremendous flexibility and bounce in my walk.

I wish I could persuade some of my family members to follow in your footsteps, especially my mother and my mother in law. They are both overweight, and among the multitude of other problems, they have problem with their knees. They are both carrying extra 30 to 60 pounds of weight. If I convert their extra weight to my size, I would be carrying some extra 100 lbs. I would not at all be surprised if my knees started to complain about carrying extra 100 lbs of weight all the time...
