Schumer on FNC was just asked about the Fairness Doctrine. He said, paraphrasing, "Do you support pornography on broadcast TV? People want the FCC to intercede in preventing pornography. If you are going to allow regulation of pornography you must have regulation of everything." In effect, his argument was that if you're going to regulate pornography on TV you have to eliminate free speech. We are moving closer and closer toward a fascist state.
