You may be right. There is a lot of money and serious Constitutional issues at stake.

The idea that Schumer would liken it to porn on broadcast TV is absurd, however. These are two totally different issues and I'm surprised such a "legal scholar" would have pulled that out.

But there is no doubt in my mind that Congress with Rubber Stamp Obama will put the legislation in place.

This kind of crap is what is going to make the new media turn on Obama, IMO -- the newspapers are on their way out of business and they aren't going to give a crap. But the broadcast media is going to react violently to it, I think. I would hope.
