Oh.........thanks! I would think ham bullion would be really good in pea soup. We have a Mexican Grocery store here in town.........have never been in, but will now look for ham bullion possibly there and in the other local grocery stores. We have a large Hispanic population, and our grocery stores have pretty large sections of foods they like.

I didn't know it existed, and can think of a lot of dishes I could use it in.

Navy Bean Soup for one...
