s martin,

I'm not sure who to believe when it comes to Rocky/MVPH/PRTI.
The shares distributed to PRTI from MVP is for the 14mil in oil/gas assets that they agreed to in March. The deal finally went through last week.
This is the part of the story that confuses me. I still do not know how Rocky is entitled to 14mil in MVP stock. According to the
IR at MVP Rocky has no legal claim on the 14mil assets which appears to be true since they are giving PRTI the stock. But someone else on the thread said that Morgan has the MVP stock certificates in hand.
I sure would like to know who's lying:)

Buster

P.s. I think MVP IR said they had about 10mil shares outstanding. Don't quote me on it I lost the paper with the info on it.

<PRTI shareholders have just received MVPH stock in their accounts on a 1 for 3 basis. Do you know how many shares of MVPH there were/are ? Just wondered if Morgan mentioned that the PRTI shareholders have large interest in MVPH ?
You're doing a good job on the OVIS share count, not trying to muddy the water, was just curious as I see on the PRTI thread that those shares are goinginto their accounts now.>
