Yes, I know that the Berg suit was dismissed by the Court, Bill.

That's why I asked you "which law suits, Bill?" --- because you used the PLURAL, indicating you were talking about more then one.

(Now, as far as "The court didn't address his allegations one way or another"... isn't that exactly normal when a suit is dismissed for lack of standing? The court does not rule on claims when they dismiss a suit for lack of standing... that would be putting the cart before the horse.)
