"Is waterboarding still legal?" AFAIK, it is still on the approved list. The CIA has announced a reluctance to use it, though. "Cheney needs to tell us who he is working for." In the spirit of all the conspiracy theories about Obama... I think it is obvious. Who has benefited the most from this administrations policies? Iran. We knocked off both Iraq and the Taliban. Plus, we managed to drive the price of oil through the roof, although it has dropped back some. And, to top it off, from an Arab point of view, the biggest problems in the ME is no longer Israel followed by Iran. It is now the US and Israel.
