cj, Now granted, in the other states it is used as a source of taxes and you can argue that is effectively the same. And maybe that is all McCain was talking about. But, his phrasing was something like "and all the citizens of this state will share in that wealth" sounds like a check. As you said, it is effectively the same. BTW, they should have something like that in Nevada for allowing the Yucca Mountain to open for business... Joe
