Buster, I don't think anyone is lying. Prti gave the shares to RMIL but MVP, it would seem hasn't spoken to RMIL. ie. RMIL has a legal right to those shares but MVP is not obligated to give them to RMIL, prti is. PS. IMO, this has no effect on a squeeze, just an interesting side show.
