In theory yes. In practice not so much.

I'm damn well sure those conditions weren't attached by women.

Women are slightly more likely to be pro-life than men are.

Don't know whether you've noticed, but most Pro-life activists are men.

If by most you mean 50.01% or more, than maybe. If you mean a strong majority than no, that isn't the case.

Also I was talking about the decision made at the time of the potential abortion, not the legal decisions. Note - I said "doesn't get to decide according to current law"
