Most states have restrictive conditions attached to the legality of abortions in their states In theory yes. In practice not so much. I'm damn well sure those conditions weren't attached by women. Women are slightly more likely to be pro-life than men are. Don't know whether you've noticed, but most Pro-life activists are men. If by most you mean 50.01% or more, than maybe. If you mean a strong majority than no, that isn't the case. Also I was talking about the decision made at the time of the potential abortion, not the legal decisions. Note - I said "doesn't get to decide according to current law"
