Only 1% of PA vote has been reported and all the networks called it for empty O. That's ridiculous--depends on which areas. Urban votes are always counted first in PA - that's not McCain country. Mike Barone explaining his reasoning on his call for PA - something to do with the exit polls, which are usually notoriously wrong. Won't believe the call until a much larger % of vote has been counted.

Remember 2004 - networks had to reverse their call for Kerry to Bush at 4AM. They prefer to pronounce early rather than wait and get it right.
