The US will manage the USD exchange so they will be able to float the world with new debt - the main question is if it will succeed - and then what will happen next. Obama will bring in those that where able to push the USD index to 120 and devoid the US of much of our manufacturing capability - there will be a repeat IMHO - form a political point Obama needs to show improvements within 2 years or he will be toast and the easiest way is to pump up the USD value - Bob Rubin is a master at this
