twister: SUNW has shown itself to be a good corporate citizen as opposed to MSFT. I doubt that there is anyone in the business world today that is as monetarily mercenary as Mr. Gates and MSFT. Let's face it MSFT is a very very poor corporate citizen with little regard for the intent (as well as the letter) of agreements with not only other corporations but also with the US Federal Government.
